Here are the dates:

Fridays in February— 3, 10, 17 and 24

Fridays in March — 3, 10, 17and 24

Each session costs $96.05 per person per session. 

Open Level: 7:15 to 8:30pm Ask about our waitlist for a beginner class.

Location: Fitbox Studio, 33 Shepherd Rd., Oakville. Free on-site parking.
