Happy New Year to our dear tango friends!
We rang in the new year with a kiss amidst piles of boxes and furniture we are organizing for the movers who come this week. Our dream of buying a house came true in 2012, as did our goal of teaching more tango classes in more communities (a special shout out to London, Kitchener and Burlington, and our continued gratitude to Hamilton and Toronto!!).
Our craziest goal for 2013 is to travel to Iceland! Michelle takes full credit for this one. It has been on her radar for a few years, but during the last few months, Icelandic culture (music, literature, etc.), news and friends’ travel stories have been finding a way into her daily life via the radio and internet. So much so that we decided to make a plan to visit this magical place.
